Hi, I’m Christina Stuller.

I’m a trauma-informed life coach, counselor, and holistic practitioner—and I’ve lived the kind of pain most people only talk about in whispers: abuse, grief, chronic illness, and starting over when life didn’t play fair.

I’m not here to give you cute affirmations and send you back into chaos. I’m here to help you heal for real—with radical honesty, deep compassion, and tools that actually work outside of a session.

My work blends shadow work, attachment theory, nervous system education, spiritual counseling, and real-world accountability. You’ll feel seen, challenged, and supported— all at the same time.
